Program Structure & Learning Path
Foundation Phase (Months 1-4)
Build core competencies in financial statement analysis, ratio calculations, and basic forecasting principles. Learn to read and interpret financial reports from various industries.
Applied Forecasting (Months 5-10)
Develop skills in trend analysis, seasonal adjustments, and predictive modeling. Work with historical data to create accurate revenue and expense forecasts for different business scenarios.
Strategic Budgeting (Months 11-15)
Master comprehensive budget creation, variance analysis, and performance tracking. Learn to align budgets with strategic objectives and communicate financial plans to stakeholders.
Capstone Project (Months 16-18)
Complete an independent project creating a comprehensive financial forecast and budget for a real organization. Present findings and recommendations to industry professionals.
